Capitola Venetians Condominiums
There is not much information readily on the history of the Capitola Venetian Resort, the condominiums are reported to be the first in the state of California. While little of the early history is cloudy, the condominiums have brilliant pastel colors that shine, no matter what the day is like. The Soquel Creek serpentines in front of these beach homes and the reflections of these colorful home on the water across the sand is a post card shot to remember. Situated at the foot of the Capitola Wharf, they are either single or two level units. Generally small, they are either 1 or 2 bedrooms. They are about the only dwellings that are literally right on the sand in Capitola. Capitola beach houses don't get any closer than this. The sand is right our front to wiggle your toes in. These units have been in families for generations and have a certain quaintness that is hard to argue with.If you are looking for a spot to hang out at the beach, party at night, and generally forget how you showed up here, this is a great spot to do so. You can walk to all of what is in downtown Capitola easily, or take the bus to the mall or Santa Cruz if you feel the need to travel around. This is one of those signature landmarks that mentally will grace you mind for a long time. When these oceanview condominiums do become available, they are often several million dollars for the ones that have been renovated, and around a million for the ones that need help.
