Cliff Wood Heights/Seaview Terrace, are two really indistinguishable developments done in the 60's and 70's. Built on the location of the old Capitola airport, these homes are 2-5 bedrooms and usually range from about 1300-2500 square feet. There are a few homes in the 3000 square foot range, but they are rare. Some homes have pools, which is not a common developer feature any more. The development has a rare gem, a hidden park, which is a very nice feature. Most homes were wood shingle roofed, but that changed due to age and the newer composition roofs being more fire retardant. The area has a nice layout, with sidewalks and spacious streets and a good location to New Brighton Elementary and a great commute location. Cabrillo College is within biking distance as is the tennis club. This is a great place to call home. The streets have names like Balboa, St Francis, Cabrillo, Columbus, Cortez and the like.
