The Shoreline is a development that is on the cliffs overlooking the blue pacific ocean with miles of crashing whitewater and waves. This gated development is unusual in that it has a mixture of homes and townhomes. The Shoreline is a strand of townhomes that are stilt built properties that sit over the sand.They are usually 3 levels built down the cliff's face to the sand. They are either 2 or 3 bedroom and have access right to the sand from several access points. The development is gated and above on Seahorse are some homes that also have nice ocean view but are not behind the gates. The units all have wonderful ocean and vary in their improvements. These rarely go for less than 1M. If you are looking for one of these let me know as they generally don't come available very often.
