Beach Drive Rio Del Mar Real Estate and beach homes
These homes, some old and some new usually range from around 3M and up. Great values compared to many parts of California . The weather here is usually in the 70's during the summer and is a beautiful place to just hang out. Though foggy at times, it lends to a beautiful tranquil scene as the fog moves out in the morning, usually clearing between 10-1 when it is in.

this stretch of beach is near of the beginning strand that goes some 17
miles or so, there are other beach front areas as well. Most of Santa

Del Mar. While this area has been a haven for many Central Valley
families escaping the summer, it is also a favorite tourist destination
