About Canon Del Sol, La Selva Beach Neighborhood
The development of Canon Del Sol provided beach goers from the hot central valley a nice place to have a second home. This 97 unit townhouse development is different as it has a pool and 3 tennis courts. Most of our developments don't have both of those, in part, due to the high cost of real estate. These units are nicely done and almost all 2 story, though there are some single level units. At the side of the development is the beach path. Many of these are now full time residences and it is a nice quiet place in which to escape. You can find places in the 800,000's. Some of the streets you will find are Canon Del Sol, Clamshell, Pismo, Arca, Abalone and Oyster.
