Cape Bay Colony Townhomes
The Cape Cod style and distinctive paint colors set them apart from anyother townhomes in Santa Cruz County. The complex is well run and the rules are adhered to so cars are parked inside at night. Commuting is easy too, as the freeway is just about 2 minutes driveaway. This is just one of those hidden little gems that Santa Cruz, and in this case, Capitola is known for. Walk to dinner at the stunning ShadowbrookRestaurant.
