Scotts Valley Homes and real estate for Sale
Casa Way is a nice country development within the city limits of Scott Valley. The Scotts Valley region is bathed in sun and generally has temperatures in the mid 80s to 90's during the summer. It is a great location because you feel like you are in the country and have beautiful vista of the surrounding hills, yet are close to everything. This development has a number of homes built in the 80's and 90' and are generally nicer luxury homes. The street is mostly built with homogeneous homes from Glenwood Drive to the top. Most of these homes are in the 1-1.5 million dollar range and they range in age. Kids can easily walk from here to Vine Hill Elementary or Scotts Valley High School. The middle school is about 1.25 miles away to the south.Call Gregg at 831-818-7524 to see homes in Scotts Valley and the surrounding area.
