Evergreen Estates, Soquel, California Real Estate 95073
Evergreen Estates was a development in the eighties just off of Old San Jose Road in Soquel. The homes were 2 stories and had a more contemporary wood and tile flavor. These homes were on Merlin and Terra streets. Most homes were either a 3 or 4 bedroom and were generally 2000-3000 square feet in size. Homes here are usually priced in the $800,000-1,000,000 range.
