Glenwood Acres, Scotts Valley

Glenwood was an old established area that has become a country residential area in north Scotts Valley. It was an important area in the countys history. Today this beautiful area has some nice homes.There is a greenbelt as part of the development named Glenwood Acres. Some homes have pretty mountain views and the homes tend to be larger. It is located about 15 minutes to Scotts Valley and about 25 minutes to San Jose, which makes it a great commute location. Some streets are Northridge, Shaketree, and Woodlander. It is accessed from Glenwood Drive and Glenwood cutoff off of Highway 17. Homes here generally will be over $800,000 and have an acre or more of land.
