Hidden Glen Neighborhood, Scotts Valley,CA
The Hidden Glen neighborhood was developed in the 70's I believe and is a unique development in Scotts Valley and rather uncommon generally. The homes are on larger wooded lots of about 1/3 to 2/3's of an acre. The main and only drive in is Spreading Oaks, which does a circle. In and around it is a nice pool with a kids play facility adjacent, a tennis court, and across the street is a stable. Nearby is Henry Cowell Park, which has riding trails. Encompassing this development is 60 acres of mostly wooded land. Tall Ponderosa Pines and Oaks dot the landscape.
The homes here tend to be larger, generally 2500 square feet to about 4000 square feet. The development is a bowl shaped and is flat in the center. The homes on the outer edges are against the hill side on the southern end, though a few have views out of it. This is a great family neighborhood and is easy to walk around and enjoy nature. The homes here generally start at 1M and range to about 2M. If you have horse questions, contact the HOA on the link below for more information.
