Monterey Bay Heights--this neighborhood was built with golf as the theme. The terrain is a varied on this up-hill development done in the 60's. It is on the north side of Soquel Drive and is off of Fairway Drive predominantly, and Hardin Way to a lesser extent. The homes have ocean views in the upper levels and are mostly in the 1200-2000 square foot range. Some street names are Putter, Entance, Fairway, Par, Golf, Bogey and a few others.
