Monterey-Salinas Highway 68 Homes for Sale

The Montrey Salinas Highway 68 corridor is home to many luxury home developments. These luxury estate properties are not all so obvious to the eye as one heads down highway. One of the things that distinguishes the area is nicer warmer weather, easy access to the airport and larger estates that are a much better value than some of the surrounding communities. Some of the oceaview properties also have vistas towards the Salinas Valley or the surrounding peaks. This is an area that has golf estates as well as ranchettes and everything in between. Heading to the east end you'll find the luxury development with many different price levels named "Las Palmas." That development is aimed more for those who work and live in Salinas.
