Montevalle Scotts Valley Mobile Home Park

Montevalle Mobile Home Park in Scotts Valley is one of the most unique parks you will ever find. Pronounced "Monta Valley" is a park for seniors 55+ and is owned by the residents. This is a park you almost have to see to believe. Mature oaks, roads that wind around the terrain and a nice adult community. There is a clubhouse with a pool, a putting green and also a workshop. At the "lodge" your over flow overnight guests can have a bed to stay in too, which is convenient when the whole family comes to town.There are 220 units here making it one of the larger parks in the area. Scotts Valley is usually about 10 degrees warmer than Santa Cruz, so if you crave warmth this is a park you might like. The senior center and grocery shopping are about a 5 minute drive away.
