Place De Mer
It is a development that is usually 3 level cascading down the cliff's face to the sand. Originally this place was in the middle of nowhere.It still take a bit of local knowledge to find it unless you have a GPS. Located in La Selva Beach Plac De Mer is a stilt built townhome development on the oceans edge with about 25 units would be my guess. They are either 2 or 3 bedroom and have access right to the sand from several access points. The units all have decks facing the ocean and vary in their improvements. These rarely go for less than 1M. If you are looking for one of these let me know as they generally don't come available very often.
