Gregg was very knowledgeable and positive and always encouraging that we would find our house. When we found the house of our dreams there was an offer on it already, but it was not yet accepted. He told us if we wanted it, he would get it for us. We got our house, but without his wisdom, experience, and financing we woud have lost out to the other bidder. We found out that a reliable realtor is your most important asset when buying a home. He sold our house in San Jose in a slowing market ( whew) so that we were able make this move.
