East Side Santa Cruz homes for sale

Santa Cruz is generally broken into the east side and the west side of town, with Ocean street being the dividing line. Times past it was a separate little community, along with Seabright and Twin Lakes. Later as the town grew and communities meged together the area became know as the east side, but with neighborhoods such as Seabright, the Banana Belt, Prospect Heights, the Avenues, Branciforte, the Yacht Harbor area, and probably a few others. The areas are within the City of Santa Cruz general limits and the eastern boundary is 7th Avenue.
