Santa Cruz home prices have changed again for

October 2008

We are seeing a similar pattern and a volumes that we have been seeing for the past year. The trend for more sales of the  Watsonville short sales and foreclosures , has created a lot of buying opportunities. There are more buyers once again in the Watsonville market as the home prices have reach affordability levels not seen in years.
