I was reminded as I showed homes yesterday how beautiful it is here. My clients were from out of the area and their child was attending UCSC. For that reason they were looking at Santa Cruz real estate. The values they heard were good and the place was pretty.
Yesterday we were looking at at variety of places from homes to condominiums to oceanview condominiums. There are good values all around. For those who have lived here, we can easily recognize so, but for those out of the area, it is still quite expensive. I remind people, any desireable place near civilization is expensive. It is a factor of supply and demand.
The temperatures were in the mid 70’s the sky was a brilliant blue and the puffy clouds were lazily drifting by. After a gray morning it turned into a gorgeous day.
