In Santa Cruz county new housing has to offset their water usage through water saving measures in existing housing stock.

FREE- low flow shower heads. Same good shower, just less water down the drain.
FREE- bathroom and kitchen aerators
FREE -toilets- yes you can have a new low flow toilet installed free of charge. There is a waiting list, so hurry and sign up.
