East Side Santa Cruz Homes and Neighborhoods.

In times past, East Santa Cruz was a separate little community, along with Seabright and Twin Lakes. Later as the town grew and communities meged together the area became know as the east side, but with neighborhoods such as Seabright, the Banana Belt, Prospect Heights, the Avenues, Branciforte, the Yacht Harbor area, and probably a few others. The areas are within the City of Santa Cruz general limits and the eastern boundary is 7th Avenue.
