West Side Santa Cruz homes for sale

The west side of Santa Cruz is predominantly the older section of town in the downtown area. There are lovely older homes from Beach Hill and the Boardwalk area to along West Cliff near Steamers Lane. Along the King street corridor and many more of these lovely charming older Victorians and other styles. The west side is generally broken into upper West Side Santa Cruz and lower West Side Santa Cruz by Mission Street. Generally other than the homes nearest West Cliff Drive, most won't have ocean views. On the upper West Side of Santa Cruz you'll have many homes with ocean views.
