These European Style Townhomes are nicely situated on Beach Hill near the Santa Cruz wharf. They are located off of 2nd street on Beach Hill. These lovely units are gated and great for being able to walk to the beach or down to the wharf for dinner. The second level has the main living with the kitchen, dining area and living room, with fireplace.These have balcony’s, consistent with the European feel.
