Whispering Pines -Scotts Valley Homes and condominiums and mobile homes
Whispering Pins is a pretty area that overlooks Scotts Valley. It has white sandy soils that support the beautiful and tall Ponderosa Pines. Most of the homes are terraced on the upper or lower side of Whispering Pines Drive. There are many side streets, Estrella, Baja Sol among others as the street loops from one of side of Scotts Valley to the other. There are a number of different times development happened up here and a few different names, but this is a widely recognized area. The climate of Scotts Valley is about 10-15 degrees warmer than Santa Cruz. At the foot of Whisperings Pine hill is Vista Del Lago, a large and lovely mobile home park. Nearby there is a nice park and the Scottsborough Townhomes.The lower portion of this area abuts the Valley Gardens par 3 golf course.
Scotts Valley has one of the best ranked school systems in the county. Students here usually go to Brookknoll School for the elementary and the middle and Scotts Valley high to the north of town.
