This complex is located adjacent to a small private vineyard. There are 10 units, all of which are 2 bedrooms a 1 bath and about 1050 square feet. They have 1 car carports that are detached. These were built in the 80's and are decent sized for a 2 bedroom unit. They have a fireplace in the living room and are all one level. These are a great commute location and good for people going to school at nearby Cabrillo College. Shopping is about a mile away, so convenient to drive or walk as suits your needs.Some units are original and others have had some updating.
