Forest & Meadows Homes in Aptos

Forest and Meadows development was created in the mid 1980's. This country development at the time was far out...really country. As Aptos homes have been steadily built one realizes that this is a perfect blend of being in the country, in the sun, but only about 15 minutes from the beach. The development is accessed off of Meadow Road as the main road in off of Day Valley. These country estate homes range in size from about 2000 square feet to approximately 5000 square feet. Most homes are on an acre. The development has approximately 60 home in it.
