Heather Terrace Homes in Aptos
The Heather Terrace subdivision was nicely done. It abius what used to be the par 3 golf course. There are about 4 different floor plans and the homes are nice. The models range in size from about 1600-2000 square feet and are mostly 3 and 4 bedrooms.They have smaller yards, which is nice as people are so often busy, there is not a lot to take care of. They are well situated as Mar Vista Elementary School is close by, as well as Cabrillo College. Close by, within easy walking distance, is Seacliff. The Rancho Del Mar shopping center has a Safeway and a Rite Aid as well as many other shops, restaurants. It is located behind Aegis of Aptos, a senior facility near the small shopping center.
