Meadow Ranch Luxury Country Homes in Aptos

Meadow Ranch Estates homes are large, and located a nice upscale country neighborhood. Most homes about have 3 or 4 bedrooms and are about 3000 square feet. Most all homes are 2 story, with views of the neighborhood and surrounding Aptos Hills.

The homes on the inside of the road are located on the coveted “inner circle” of homes that opens directly onto the park-like lawns and walking paths of the community greenbelt. This feature is a unique neighborhood setting and one of the defining characteristics of Meadow Ranch Estates.

Some of the homes at the top on Carlino have ocean views.These homes generally start around a million, and the homes on Carlino and Aptos Heights about twice that, so start your real estate search near there or use the search by area 49.

Meadow Ranch Estates neighborhood has a county feel, but is close to beaches, Aptos Village, Nisene Marks State Park, restaurants, shopping, and schools.
