Vienna Woods Neighborhood Homes in Aptos

Woods is a nice older neighborhood build by by Hal Porter back in the 70's I believe. These homes were popular for a growing family as they offered a rare commodity at the time,4 and 5 and even 6 bedroom homes. There were about 6 floor plans as well as some customs. This neighborhood is accessed off of Vienna Drive off of Soquel near Mar Vistal Elementary. The location is quiet and pretty.

Vienna Woods is popular with those who love to hike or have a country neighborhood setting. This seculded but close neighborhood abuts Niscene Marks State Park and has hiking trails that you can access. Vienna Woods homes can be found on streets with the following names: Vienna, Jennifer, Danube, Wlshire,Cheryl Way, Riviera Way and Austrian Way.
