Bay Tree townhomes are a complex that runs from Mt Hermon Road via a private road named Flora Lane and exits out on Glen Canyon Road.The units have 10 foot high ceilings, new modern appliances and energy efficeient construction. This complex was built in 2003 with 6 different floor plans and has a fitness center, as well as a pool and hot tub as well as a childrens play area. The complex has a nice sized pool as well,great for the hot temperatures that you find in the summer in Scotts Valley.These townhomes range from 2 to 4 bedrooms and up to about 1900 square feet. The units feature fireplaces as well as 2 car garages for the larger units.The complex name is Laurelwood and has 20 units.
