Bay Tree condominiums span both sides of Nobel Drive at the entrance. They will have names such as Peach Terrace or Torry Pines. The complex has mostly red tile roofs and is sort of a mediterranean style stucco construction. The complex doesn't have any amenities, but has a great location if you're going to UCSC or working there, Bus lines are right out front, which is convenient.
