Baywood at North Shore West Santa Cruz Condos

The Baywood complex is pretty large and located well for students. It is a complex with a group of about 16 buildings and probably a cluster of a dozen or so together.Why they are called Baywood at North Shore never made any sense to me, as we don't have a north shore. We have an East Side and a West Side of Santa Cruz. They are one and two bedroom units with sizes ranging from about 600 to about 1050 square feet. The larger 2 bedroom units have 2 master suites. They were upgraded when they were converted, with granite counters and nice cabinets. The have 3 different floors. The upper ones have some nice views towards the city or hills. The bigger units have attached 2 car garages. Some units have carports or open parking. The bus lines are nearby and the grounds are nice.These units are great for UCSC student, rentals are always in demand.
