The beach is full of charming landmarks like the Walton lighthouse. It is very close to larger beach attractions like the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Harbour. There are a number of both single-family and multi-family properties in the Sea Bright area which is not only beautiful but one of the most conveniently located in Santa Cruz. 

Lower ocean

Lower Ocean is located near downtown Santa Cruz and is easily walkable to several area restaurants and shops as well as entertainment venues. It is not only popular for its location and ability to get to everything you could need or want in Santa Cruz but also for the upbeat and lively atmosphere. Downtown Santa Cruz

We have to round out the list of the most popular and desirable neighborhoods in Santa Cruz with downtown. With the growing popularity again of searching for walkable homes post-pandemic downtown is of course the obvious pic. Downtown Santa Cruz is something so unique and different in the Bay Area. The Santa Cruz Wharf and Pacific Avenue are the bustling hotspots in the downtown area where you will find an amazing collection of local and chain stores as well as restaurants and art galleries. Make sure to enjoy the San Lorenzo Riverwalk which feels like a peaceful escape into nature but it's right in the center of downtown. There are several great condominium complexes in the downtown area but there are also some amazing single-family homes around the downtown Main streets of Santa Cruz. Downtown offers probably some of the highest price tags in Santa Cruz but also the lady to live in the center of everything that is so loved about the city.
