These Bluebonnet Condominiums in Scotts Valley were built in 2004 and is located at 268 Bluebonnet Lane, Scotts Valley. They consist of a couple of different buildings. Generally these are the more modern style of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. They range in size from around 1000 square feet to about 1200 square feet. There is covered and unconvered parking. There is a pool for an amenity and a BBQ area. The complex HOA as of 2022 was $675 per month. This complex is very walkable for all who like leaving the car behind. Farmers market, grocery stores and othe amenities are close at hand. This complex does have elevators as well and there are 3 levels. These units are all one level and have high ceilings. I believe Shoreline Property Management of Santa Cruz is handling the HOA duties.
