Cape Bay Colony Townhomes

The Cape Cod style and distinctive paint colors set them apart from anyother townhomes in Santa Cruz County. The complex is well run and the rules are adhered to so cars are parked inside at night. It makes you get rid of your junk, so you can actually use the garage for its inteneded purpose. Because of this, the complex appears neat and orderly in appearance.This was one of those real estate developmentsthat was done well and is a good example. It does not have any extraneous amenities as it has only about 15 or so units. Some units are freestanding, but most are a duet style. Most units are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, 2 story. There are some 3 bedroom units.The small streets in the complex are 7 Gables Way and Gull Cove Way. Is a pretty walk from there down Riverview Drive into Capitola Village, or even Soquel. Walk to the library,located just across from the Rispin Mansion, or ride your bike over to the Jade Street Park and play tennis.

Commuting is easy too, as the freeway is just about 2 minutes driveaway. This is just one of those hidden little gems that Santa Cruz, and in this case, Capitola is known for. Walk to dinner at the stunning ShadowbrookRestaurant.
