Capitola Pines townhomes are a nice small complex with only 12 units. They are all in a row and have wood shingle exterior,which is pretty. They all have 1 car garages attached to them. The units have nice fenced yards on the ocean side of the complex and also have wood stoves.The floor plan is traditional with the bedrooms upstairs. These units are 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and about 1150 square feet and have vaulted ceilings.They were built around 1980 and generally have been udated by their owners.
