Cliffwood Height's is a development located off of Park Avenue in Capitola. Around the same time Seaview Terrace was built adjoining, but the area retained the name of Cliffwood Heights. Cliffwood Heights Homes in Capitola

Cliffwood Heights/Seaview Terrace, are two really indistinguishable developments done in the 60's and 70's. Built on the location of the old Capitola airport, these homes are 2-5 bedrooms and usually range from about 1300-2500 square feet. There are a few homes in the 3000 square foot range, but they are rare. Some homes have pools, which is not a common developer feature any more. The development has a rare gem, a hidden park, which is a very nice feature. Most homes were wood shingle roofed, but that changed due to age and the newer composition roofs being more fire retardant. The area has a nice layout, with sidewalks and spacious streets and a good location to New Brighton Elementary and a great commute location. Cabrillo College is within biking distance as is the tennis club. This is a great place to call home. The streets have names like Balboa, St Francis, Cabrillo, Columbus, Cortez and the like.In 2017 they usually sell from the $800,000's and up price range.
