They are often grouped together in groups of 2 or 4 and have a nice sense of community but individuality as well. There is an approval process for those wanting to live here. The HOA covers the basics, electricty, sewer, garbage, general maintenance and fire insurance. You'll be responsible for your contents insurance, internet, TV and telephone. The facilities includes a dining room, meeting rooms, covered pool and jacuzzi, laundry areas, and 6 guest rooms available to rent or guests of residents, as well as 24 hour security wo( manned) guard gate.

The complex sits on about 340 acres and is a short jaunt from the Crossroads Shopping center and central Carmel.There is a dining room and a miniumum annual charge of approximately $450, depending on size of your unit, and is adjusted annually. This amount is applied to any charges that you incur at the dining room and is adjusted annually and applies regardless of your use of the facility or not.The dining room is a nice facility to have, as many people don't like to cook full time, and enjoy the comraderie of sharing a meal with friends, as we all do. It's one of the joys we humans embrace. There is one covered parking space in a carport for each unit. You are allowed a pet. Confirm with the management as to the size and breed. I would doubt for instance, that pit bulls and Irish Wolfhounds would be approved.Small dogs are not likely to be a problem. Barkers aren't embraced.
