Courtyard Townhomes are located off of Ocean Street and Jewel Street in Santa Cruz on the northern side. Some call them the Jewel Street condos after their street location. They are a great commute location and have some nice features.

Courtyard Townhomes is a medium sized complex of townhomes units. The are located just below the Elks Club off of Jewel Street as you head up Graham Hill Road. They feature 2 and 3 bedroom units with vaulted ceilings. Their location is such that you can commute easily, and with the new foot bridge get to downtown or shopping nearby. For those who love to hike the bottom access to Henry Cowell Park is not too far away.
