Del Rey Oaks is a little city of about 2,000 people located inland between Seaside and Monterey. This little community has a bit more sunshine and is a great place to live. The Oaks of Del Rey Oaks is located off of Canon Del Rey - Hwy 218. There are names such as Pheasant Ridge, Quail Run Court. This complex has 3 levels and approximately 13 buldings. Each unit is a single level and range from 1 to 2 bedrooms and usually 6-700 square feet for the one bedrooms to just over 1000 square feet for the 2 bedrooms. The HOA fee as of 2020 was around $350 per month. There is a tennis court and BBQ area for amenities. There are lovely views towards the hills across.
