There are no amenities at this complex but there is a hiking trail up to UCSC and nearby is the Wilder Ranch State Park for hiking and mountain biking about a mile away. You can walk from here to the Swift Street Courtyard or a short drive to Safeway or New Leaf for groceries. The ocean is about 1 mile away for surfing or going to Natural Bridges Beach and Park.
