The Glen at Glen Lake in Pacific Grove

"The Glen" as it's known is a hidden ampitheater of nature. The residences have 9' ceilings with crown molding, wood floors, carpets, and lots of storage. I believe these units are titled as a PUD, but as townhouses, that's the common style.  The amenities of this complex are a hidden tennis court, off to the left when you enter, and a soothing lake with a "stream" that meanders through the middle of the complex. The Glen is a larger complex of townhouses in Pacific Grove with 60 units. The units all have garages, some attached and some across on the other side of the street. The unit are 2 bedroom  2-1/2 baths about 1300 square feet to the 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath model that is about 1650 square feet. As of 2018 the HOA fee was $320 monthly. There is a walking path up through Glen Heights above to neaby shopping and restaurants. This gated complex is a great place for a primary or second home in Pacific Grove.
