Harbor Cove Townhomes by the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor

Harbor Cove Townhomes are a hidden development located off of 7th Avenue on the Capitola Road side of Brommer Street. This gated development was created around 1980. There are approximately 31 units in this complex. The streets are Harbor Cove Lane and Spinnaker Court. The Harbor Cove Townhome complex backs up to the Arana Gulch Open space park. The units are 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths of about 1200 square feet with an attached 1 car garage. The 3 bedroom units have 2.5 baths and are around 1500 square feet in size. They have an attached 2 car garage. These features are desirable for many.The bedrooms are spacious and located on the second floor. There is a wood burning fireplace and the kitchen and living room flow together as and open floor plan upon entry.

There is a back patio and the master bedrooms have a balcony. These units are adjacent to the entrance of the Upper Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. There is a nice open space between the units which are roughly in a "Y" shape of development. Other than the gate there are no amenities. At the back of the complex there is a gate to a path to the upper Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor.
