Harbor Knolls Townhomes by the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor

Harbor Knolls is a private 26 unit townhome complex that's hidden. Located off of  7th Avenue quite close to Capitola Road, one needs to access this Live Oak condominium complex through a gate. Harbor Knolls have interesting architecture and there are several different floor plans. These units are 2 or 3 bedrooms and range in size from aroun 1200 square feet to approximately 1800 square feet. Condominiums in Live Oak are rarely this hidden or as luxuriously appointed. Some of these units have lovely views and back to Arana Gulch Park. Harbor Knolls has a pool, hot tub and sauna for amenities, as well as being gated.
