Harbor Village Townhomes by the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor

Harbor Village townhome dominate this 50 unit development. These Harbor Village townhomes are located off of Frederick Street, in East Santa Cruz. The Frederick Street area straddles the Seabright and Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor neighborhoods. Harbor Village Southampton townhomes consist of 2 and 3 bedroom units. Most are townhome style, though a few are single level condominium style. These units range from about 900 square feet 2 bedroom and 2 bath units to  3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhomes ranging up to 1800 square feet. These units have vaulted ceilings in most cases, which give a nice spacious feeling to the units and some have nice larger second level decks as well. Most units will have one or two car garages, though some of the smallest units have assigned parking.This development has a great location with tree lined streets and is a circular design. There are interior units as well as the exterior that back to the arroyo. A few even have some ocean views. Some call this complex the Southampton lane condos as that is the circular street they are located on.
