Santa Maria Cliffs Neighborhood in Live Oak-Ocean Views

The Santa Maria Cliffs neighborhood is accessed directly off of East Cliff drive on 16th Avenue. It is located on the water across from the East Cliff Shopping Center. The other street in here is named Geoffroy. This area is adjacent to Blacks Point. Santa Maria doesn't have many homes available at a given time but generally they start around $2M as of 2017. There are ocean front homes in Santa Maria Cliffs that are quite lovely as anything we have fronting the ocean in Santa Cruz. Ocean view homes and even more rare ocean fronting homes can be found here. Sunny Cove beach is on the east side of this small Live Oak neighborhood.
