Marina Green Townhouses are located in a medium-size gated development near the Santa Cruz yacht harbor, and are a great place for sailing enthusiasts, or for those who enjoy the relaxing feeling of boats, sea gulls and the endless blue of the Pacific. Annie Lane Townhomes, located just off Frederick Street, are just a short walk to the harbor and are a great place to call home.

The Annie Lane development has town home-style units designed in attractive clean, simple lines. There are two and three bedrooms units with vaulted ceilings, a loft, fire places and skylights that flood the units with light. The Annie Lane Townhouses are well maintained and have one and two-car garages. Other than being gated, this small 16 unit complex does not have any amenities.The Annie Lane Townhomes are located across from Frederick Street Park, a great spot for the kids and a family picnic. These units do not come up for sale very often. There is a large grassy field, two playgrounds, volleyball court and an access path to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Condominiums abound in this area, so if there are none available, there are usually other choices nearby.

The Marina Green Townhomes are a convenient walk to the restaurants in the trendy Seabright neighborhood with its historic little beach cottages, with many small but spectacular flower gardens. Annie Lane Townhomes are close to all the attractions that Santa Cruz has to offer.
