Mariners Cove Condos in Santa Cruz

Mariners Cove is a complex that is off of the south end of Chestnut Street on a private gated road named Everson. These units were built in the late 90's and are mostly 1 and 2 bedroom units and range from about 700-1100 feet. Most have a gas fireplace and either a deck or small patio. The complex is gated and has garages and open parking. There is a pool and a spa. This complex is close to the lagoon, is walkable to downtown and also the beach.
