The park has a share that is often included in the sale,but occasionally one has to buy shares in parks over and above the coast of the mobile home. Aptos Knoll Mobile Home Park in Aptos,California

Aptos Knoll is an older park located near the new downtowm area of Aptos. The popular Aptos Knolls resident( ROP) owned senior park requires that one party must be 55 years or older, and the second party must be 45 years or older. The park has a clubhouse and pool at the back of the property.

One of the nice features of this park that I haven't found at others is the green belts between the ends of the coaches, with walkways through out. Aptos Knoll Mobile Home Park has streets with the address number. This Aptos mobile home park has streets with the names of Oak Shadows Lane, Knollwood,and Trail Wood Way. As of 2017 the space rent was $500 monthly. There are approximately 68 coaches in this park. The office # is (831) 688-4422

Aptos Knoll provides an affordable senior living environment with a spectacular location near the new Aptos village development. There are popular beaches a scant 10 minutes drive, restaurants you can walk to, as well as the Niscene Marks State Parks for hiking. You can walk to the New Leaf organic market or drive a few minutes more to Safeway or go to the drug store there as well. Aptos Knoll is a lovely place to call home.
