MONTEVALLE MOBILE HOME PARK IN SCOTTS VALLEY
Montevalle is a ROP land owned park. Because each space has a deeded legal description, that means that it is land owned. That means that with a proper foundation you are able to get a conventional loan that has the lower interest rates than mobiles homes do. The new units are manufactured homes and are installed on site with earthquake bracinig. Since this park converted to ROP many years ago, the share price is usually included in the sale.
Montevalle is quite unique in that it's quite lush with oaks and vegetation. Many of these units are on permanent foundations and are more like homes.
