Scotts Valley has mobile home parks in about every region. Spring Lakes MHP is a senior park. It is also a co-op park. As it converted many many years ago, the park shares are almost always included in the transfer of your mobile home in Scotts Valley. The park is all on one level and generally has older coaches, but they are in the process of changing as the park's occupants move on to the next chapter in life. Spring Lakes has a couple of water features in the park for ducks. The park appears to be well maintained and abuts Vista Del Lago on it's back boundary. Spring Lakes Mobile Home Park in Scotts Valley is great urban choice for those without a vehicle of the desire for one as it is such a walkable location for groceries, supplies, the movies, senior center or library.

Spring Lakes is requiring a buyer payment of approximately a $20,000 reserve fund build up payment as of 2019. That amount has been increasing the past few years, so it might have changed.
